Gotham at Duskby ~TPollockJR

This was just a warm up sketch of Batman, but I liked it so I couldn't let it get tossed... Anyway, background, ink, and a quick color-job later, here ya have it. Gotham at dusk.

It's a riskier color scheme (pink and purple) compared to the original deeper blue I had laid out in the beginning, but Batman's man enough to pull it off.

mmmmm i like the whole mood of the pic... your muscle work is really great.. i think colors are your forte.. like your venom pic.. and in this case the brilliant sky line. not to menton the awesome chiseling of batmans face through proper shading...

something you might wanna watch out for.. i noticed someone else had commented on your pic on the hulk with spidy... batmans neck is a lil on the longish side here as well..

apart from that a beautiful job..

Thanks. Yeah, it's a bit risky going for a pink and purple theme with Bats, but I think it works.

Batman is man enough to pull anything off, including singing in a night club in front of a bunch of drunk patrons, like in Justice League. Here he further proves how manly he is by watching the sunset! In other words, good job!

The sky is a digital picture I took, the buildings/rooftop crap are hand-drawn. I did this whole thing in about 3 hours...
